Shipping & Returns

Every ZAINA & CO. piece is made to order with care. Because of the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final unless we’re contacted before production begins.


Shipping

Once your order has been processed and crafted, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. Most deliveries arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

We ship internationally using DHL Express or Aramex, and while we aim to defeliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs or other external factors. Any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs & Duties

Customs fees vary by country and are determined by your local government. We recommend checking with your customs office prior to placing your order. ZAINA & CO. does not cover customs duties or import taxes.


Returns

Please take a moment to review our size chart before placing your order. Since each piece is made to order in limited quantities, we currently offer store credit only for returns made within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final and not eligible for return.

Returned dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Items showing any signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of purchase. After that point, your dress may already be in production and will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
